This Ramadan season at COYA, ‘Your Iftar, the COYA way’ promises a delightful journey through authentic Peruvian cuisine, blending cultural richness with culinary excellence.

Set against golden sunset views over the waters of Al Maryah Island, the experience provides a full immersion into the authentic Peruvian cuisine, bespoke handcrafted decor and unique spirit of COYA Abu Dhabi.

From the Soup of the Day paired with Dates and Focaccia to the grand finale featuring the divine Pastel de Datiles, every dish is a masterpiece crafted to perfection. The Iftar menu boasts a selection of appetizers that capture the essence of Peruvian cuisine. Diners will be treated to the Maki de Champiñones, a tantalizing blend of avocado, wild mushrooms, and smoked paprika, alongside other culinary delights such as Burrata, Picante de Pepino, and Anticuchos de Berenjena.

For the main course, guests can indulge in a choice of exquisite dishes, including the Arroz Nikkei with Chilean sea bass and bomba rice or the Grilled Salmon with Miso. Other tempting options include the Papa Seca, Lomo de Res, Pollo a la Parrilla, and the Bife Angosto Wagyu – each promising a symphony of flavours.

Each course can be elevated even further with a wide array of bespoke mocktails and other premium beverages, all carefully prepared by the Pisco Bar’s talented mixologists. Providing a distinguished ambience and unparalleled views over the Al Maryah Island waters and city skyline, COYA Abu Dhabi always sets the scene for an unforgettable Ramadan gathering. 

The iftar menu at COYA Abu Dhabi is available to enjoy daily from sunset until 7.30pm throughout Ramadan, priced at AED239 per person for food.
