The eclectic decor, infused with Peruvian influences, transported us to the heart of South America. It’s a place where every corner breathes life into the concept of Pachamama.

The service at Pachamama was impeccable, reflecting the hallmark of Conrad’s commitment to hospitality. Maria, the knowledgeable and attentive venue manager, guided us through the culinary journey with enthusiasm. Culinary Exploration

Our culinary adventure began with the Guacamole, a precursor to an array of delights that unfolded. For drinks we had some of their excellent flavored mojitos and the signature Pisco infused cocktail.

The Cold Starters, featuring the Ceviche Traditional with seabass and the exquisite Salmon Tartare, were a testament to Chef Eber’s dedication to quality and flavour, not to mention the stunning presentations.

The Warm Starters, notably the Short Rib Empanada and Veal Tacos, were exceptional, leaving an indelible mark on our palates.

The mains, including the Australian Picanha steak, Argentinian Tenderloin steak, and beef cheeks, showcased Chef Eber’s mastery in capturing the essence of each ingredient.

We loved how the steaks were served on individual grills with lit coal maintaining the temperature, all three steaks were cooked to perfection, well-seasoned, moist and tender.

The dessert, a divine Chocolate Tart and Churros, provided a sweet crescendo to our gastronomic journey.

In conclusion, Pachamama at Conrad Abu Dhabi is not just a dining experience; it’s a celebration of culture, culinary artistry, and the commitment to providing an exceptional experience.
